Where Is Product Key Where is my Product Key?

Visit and enter your Order ID and Email Address to pull up the Order Details page. From this page you can download the software and retrieve the product key. Your Order ID was displayed on the order confirmation page and emailed to the email address used during checkout (commonly your PayPal email address). If you have lost record of your Order ID, please Contact Us and send us the Email Address used during checkout and we'll help you locate your order.

Trial Subscription Why does the program say I only have x days instead of 1 year?

With limited exception, all software we sell includes a free trial period when you install the product. In order to enable the full subscription period, you will need to activate the product with the Product Key. Generally when you activate the software with the Product Key, any remaining free trial time is cancelled, so we recommend waiting to activate the software until the trial period is just about to expire in order to maximize your subscription period (e.g. 13 months protection for the price of 12).

Norton Invalid Key Why am I getting an Invalid Product Key error when activating Norton?

There are three common causes for this. If this is a new installation, it is often simply a typo when entering the Product Key into the software. If you already have Norton installed, then most often there are two main causes. First is if you have a different edition already installed (e.g. you have Norton Antivirus installed but you purchased Norton Internet Security). You will need to uninstall the edition that is installed and then install the new edition you have purchased. The other common cause is the version of Norton you have installed is too old and needs to be updated. Visit to check your version and update to the latest version if necessary. Once the product is updated to the latest version, enter your Product Key again.
